DESCRIPTION: This design came out when art world was being to appreciate abstract art. Tabletop vacuum tube AM radio manufactured by RCA Victor in 1954 time frame in excellent working and physical condition.

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. 

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded glossy red plastic. All original colors through and through. Not repainted. No touch up. No over spray. No cracks, no chips, no major scratches. Front gold metal grill is in excellent condition with no dents, dings, rust or warping, securely attached.

KNOBS: Huge top tuning knob is original and securely attached center attach post is not broken. Original matching volume knob, no missing metal gold insert attach post was broken but repaired.

LOGO: No missing RCA Victor logo. Logo is not chipped, not cracked, or missing any letters.

DIAL LIGHT: No tuning or clock dial lights. Not designed with this one. But can be added for an extra charge.

CLOCK: No clock

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

POWER CORD: The brand new replacement power cord and safety polarized plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.

BACKING BOARD: Original factory backing board is in excellent condition and securely mounted. Factory printing is readable.

FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: No missing bottom labels. Intact but yellowed not peeling.
